Could Someone Give me Advise on Integrating APIANT with Our CRM System?

We are a mid sized company using a CRM platform to manage our customer interactions and data. Recently; we have been exploring ways to streamline our workflow and improve efficiency by automating some of our processes.

After some research; we have identified APIANT as a promising solution due to its robust automation capabilities and wide range of connectors.

Our primary goal is to automate the data transfer between our CRM and other tools we use; such as our marketing automation platform; customer support system; and accounting software.

We want to ensure that our customer data is consistently updated across all platforms in real-time, minimizing manual data entry and reducing the chances of errors.

Has anyone here successfully integrated APIANT with their CRM system? If so; could you share some details about your setup and any challenges you faced during the integration process?

Are there any best practices you recommend for setting up and configuring APIANT workflows, particularly for syncing customer data between multiple systems?

We use a couple of custom built applications in our workflow. How feasible is it to create custom connectors in APIANT for these applications, and what kind of technical expertise is required?
