Fixed the Human Interaction “await human approval” action so when it is placed in a subassembly it will correctly emit “approved” when the person chooses to approve moderation items.

After the user approves or denies an item in the moderation queue, the UI will now automatically display the next item in the queue.

Fixed the Lookup Tables “lookup region name or abbreviation for any country” action so that input values containing apostrophes are now supported.

In the assembly editor, when setting app assembly icons the dialog window now hides the search text entry when uploading an image or when setting an image URL.

When the system invokes the “delete webhook” action to purge webhooks, it is now executed in the scope of the account that created the webhook instead of the system’s account, so that API credentials can be accessed in order to actually delete the webhook.
