I’m working on one of the connectors where I’m getting the error of method call failed so when looked into debug log it is not showing anything. The page is NAN.
I’ve attached the screenshot.
Could you please let me know in which condition we will face this kind of issue?

I logged in to https://app.mariciintegrations.com and can see debug logs ok.
Maybe there was a communication issue between your browser and the server.
If the log still isn’t appearing, let me know which automation number and whose account.

We have cleared cache, history, refreshed the browser and restart the server although cannot able to see debug log.

Don’t know why that particular log can’t be loaded via the browser.

Use the link at the top of the activity log and replace the word “activity” with “debug”.
