Hi there! I’d like to use a custom CRM card that I built across multiple HubSpot instances, but the installation link for my app doesn’t seem to actually install the app. The message says it has successfully connected, but nothing appears in the connected apps section. Any ideas what I’m missing?
For each HubSpot Hub you connect to your Public App (with CRM Card), you need to connect the HubSpot account in your APIANT connections here:
The free plan only allows you to connect one HubSpot account at a time. You could disconnect the one you currently have and connect the new HubSpot account to test.
Our Professional plan will allow you to connect up to 3 accounts and our Tenant starts with 5 accounts and more accounts can be added as you roll this out to other HubSpot customers.
why is it necessary to have CRM card to connect with public app?
CRM cards are not necessary in order to make the public app connection.
If you wish to connect your HubSpot public app but not use CRM card functionality, that’s ok.
So, Do CRM provides any premium things or something.
I want to know, why people are connecting their CRM to public app connections!
If you are asking about what functionality CRM Cards provide, they are used to display additional information and provide access to additional functionality from within HubSpot screens for certain record types like contacts.
CRM Cards are only possible to build for HubSpot public apps.
More information is available at the HubSpot documentation page here: CRM API | CRM cards

Thank you for insights, and the time you gave.
